How do I get my originals?
After document pickup, we will scan them and email them to you. The original documents will be mailed to you by first class mail. If you need your documents faster, we can FedEx them to you. We can bill it to your account or ours.
Does the bank need original documents to open a bank account?
This depends on where you bank. Some banks will allow copies. Others will only allow originals.
How many copies do I get back when forming a corporation or LLC?
The Secretary of State changed the rules for submitting documents. We are only allowed to submit one copy and the state charges $1 to make a copy of your document and $5 to certify it.
