California Secretary of State and our office closed on May 25, 2015

April did an in-person filing with the Secretary of State for us because our company is in Southern California. Instead of waiting the weeks it would have taken to do a mail-in application, April did an in-person filing and we had everything we needed in-hand within 48 hours! What a service!
