California Secretary of State Closed March 31, 2015

I have used this service a few times as I am located in San Diego.  Since the state cut budgets and closed local offices, it has been a challenge to find a reliable and quick vendor to execute requested state documents.  Thank you for awesome customer service, speedy and efficient turn around times. -Melinda D.

I would give this company 100 stars if I could.  I put myself in a huge bind when I failed to sign my original LLC-1 filing, thus resulting in rejection by the state.  Needing to open a bank account asap, I called the state to find out what I could do to complete an urgent filing.  They referred me to their website where I found a huge list of companies who could handle an over-the-counter filing for me.  I called 4 in total – I had a bad feeling about the first, the next two didn’t answer the phone, and the fourth was Diversified Business Solutions. Within minutes of sending the information to them I received confirmation of receipt of my e-mail and was given a very detailed explanation of how the process would play out.  Part of that e-mail stated that they would pick up my filing Tuesday afternoon (today) and e-mail it to me shortly thereafter, and this is exactly what happened.
