There are several upcoming holidays as we look toward closing out 2014. Below is a list of the 2014 State Holidays – California Secretary of State. Documents will take additional days to process if they are being submitted prior to one of the holidays listed below. Please call us if you have any questions or plan on getting your documents filed early. If you want your documents filed at the end of the year but do not want to have to file a tax return for 2014 you will need to file your documents after December 17th.
